The Kent Fitness League is an enjoyable cross-country series for non-elite athletes (sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are barred). Races are staged across Kent from October to March and the league has currently 18 clubs competing. This website is hosted by Canterbury Harriers.

The 2009-2010 Kent Fitness League season concluded on 14th March at Swanley Park. The end of season relays were originally scheduled for that date but postponements due to wintry weather meant that they had to be cancelled in favour of the seventh race in the series.

The 2009-2010 individual champions were Clayton Barrett of Medway & Maidstone AC and Tina Oldershaw of Paddock Wood AC. Tina also led Paddock Wood to victory in the women's team competition, with Canterbury Harriers being runners up just ahead of New Eltham Joggers. Paddock Wood AC also won the combined team competition, just edging out last year's winners Larkfield AC by a single point. Congratulations to all the 2009-10 prize winners.

Many thanks to Swanley & District AC for staging their second race of the season and for putting on the presentation buffet at the Alexandria Suite, Swanley.
