The Kent Fitness League is an enjoyable cross-country series for non-elite athletes (sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are barred). Races are staged across Kent from October to March and the league has currently 18 clubs competing. This website is hosted by Canterbury Harriers.

Important Notice for People Wishing to be Guest RunnersThis is an inter-club competition and is now only open to members of our 18 affiliated clubs. While we have allowed "guest runners" to take part in the past, the organising committee has now reviewed that decision. In view of increasing numbers participating and also Health and Safety concerns, we regret that we can no longer accept any non-affiliated runners in any of the races for this season. New regulations for the 2015/16 Season
Each team will need to have two V50 male scorers plus one V40 male scorer. Previously only one MV50 was required. Each women's team will need to have one V35 and one V45 scorer. Previously only one FV35 was required.
New Regulations for the 2014/15 Season
Please note the following important rule changes for the 2014/2015 season:-
- Minimum age for runners taking part in the senior competition is 17 years (age on day of the race).
- Definition of "Elite Runner" is modified. See rules 6(a) and (b) in the "Rules and Regulations" section under the "About the League".
