The Kent Fitness League is an enjoyable cross-country series for non-elite athletes (sub-34 10K men and sub-38 10K women are barred). Races are staged across Kent from October to March and the league has currently 18 clubs competing. This website is hosted by Canterbury Harriers.

Canterbury Harriers are the winners of the 2012-2013 Kent Fitness League in both the combined and women's team events. Chris Wyles of New Eltham Joggers was the male individual champion with Liz Weeks of Sittingbourne Striders becoming the female champion.

Important Notice for Guest Runners

Participation in this league is open to all 1st and 2nd claim members of the 18 constituent clubs – it is not an open competition. Owing to the league’s popularity and the limitations on facilities at many of the venues we regret that it may be necessary to bar other competitors from taking part in order to keep our numbers down.

Runners from other clubs or those not affiliated to a club should not automatically expect to turn up and take part. Those who wish to take part in a forthcoming race should register their intention in advance by email to robbright184 [at] gmail [dot] com (at least 3 days in advance) and await confirmation. An entry fee of £4 will be payable on the day for these runners and they will not qualify for any team or individual prizes. Failure to comply will mean no run.
